Brian is serial entrepreneur, having founded several of his own companies and helping many others. He is currently the CEO of neurothink™, a subsidiary of ADX Labs. The neurothink™ team is building a world-class Machine Learning as a Service platform (MLaaS). Brian is also currently a contributor on the ABEY blockchain.
Brian’s passion has been to develop innovative emerging technology as a CTO and founder. At an early age Brian built and launched wilsonsleather.com, turning it into a multi-million-dollar online business. He authored two patents on ecommerce technology. Brian has managed development teams for brands such as, BestBuy.com, Harry Winston, and 1-800 Flowers. Brian has also been involved in a number of big data project, including one with UnitedHealth Group. He has experience managing offshore development teams in China, India, Ukraine, Brazil, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Singapore. Brian has been involved in founding a number of professional organizations. He founded the NYC chapter of The Machine Learning Society, one of New York City’s largest AI/ML professional organizations. While at Columbia University, he co-founded the Columbia Blockchain Alliance. Brian is a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia University on blockchain, fintech, IoT, and AI. In addition to his lecturing, he is a public speaker, including policy talks in Washington DC at the Capital, Senate, and Chamber of Commerce. He contributed on the Token Taxonomy Act of 2018 (H.R.7356). Brian has a B.A. in Economics from Denison University and a M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University. He is an avid outdoorsman in his home state of Minnesota and tries to get out skiing on any mountain with fresh deep powder.
Charles is COO of neurothink. He is an accomplished executive, physicist, and engineer and holds patents related to underwater sea exploration. Prior to his work with neurothink, Charles built and led Seagate's Data4Good initiative to developed technology projects to combat the spread of Covid with Ford, the Journal of Aerosol Science and Folding@Home. Before this, Charles led the work on nuclear power design for aircraft carriers and submarines. When not running with his Huskies, Charles enjoys discovering small production vineyards around the globe and taking a variety of cooking classes.
Director of Channel Development
As the Director of Channel Development, of neurothink™, Jason is responsible for business channel development and strategic growth initiatives.  He has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience of driving sales growth in the technology industry. Prior to neurothink™, Jason was a vice president of ADX Labs, Inc. and led a business unit focused on mobile app development that operated a platform with over 150,000 applications on the app stores.
Previously, Jason worked on strategic product initiatives for Match Group, Wynn Resorts, Choice Hotels, Samsung, Exxon-Mobile, Switch, and XO Communications (sold to Verizon). In 2007, Jason was named one of the “40 Under 40” by Esquire magazine. He has been featured on CBS and NBC speaking about emerging technology and digital marketing. In addition to being a serial entrepreneur, Jason is a frequent public speaker and contributor to economic development initiatives in So. Nevada. Â
Jason attended the Culinary Institute of America and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development(CPTD). He is president-elect and board member of the Las Vegas chapter of the American Marketing Association. Jason feels his most important accomplishment is being a father to his four wonderful children (3 boys x 1 girl). Mike is a seasoned software architect with hands-on development experience in a number of areas and technologies.His original training was in ORSA (Operations Research and Systems Analysis)/Behavioral Science at the Polytechnic Inst of NY (Now NYU Polytechnic Institute).
Mike’s experience includes projects in telecom, military, system security, institutional, and investment banking, complex event management/processing, and middleware.
More recently has been in AI/ML related technologies/AutoML mainly in Post-trade Compliance and Clinical Compliance for Pharmaceutical/Medical applications.
Data Scientist
Jordan is a skilled data scientist with experience in academic research as well as the E-commerce space. Jordan spent multiple years performing academic research thinking about questions such as identifying neutrino particles with computer vision, creating radio antennas with genetic programming and contributing to new statistical tests that identify genetic variants in genome-wide association studies. More recently, Jordan has been consulting for a retail client helping to build models that optimize their E-commerce platform. He is passionate about ethical and intelligent use of AI. Jordan has a degree in physics from Kenyon College.
Front End Development
Cheikh Sidi El Moctar is a python developer and analyst, with large background over 8 years in data analysis, Geospatial data, and Mineral exploration geology. Completed a bachelor’s degree in Geology at the University of Nouakchott and recently finished a data analysis program at the University of Central Florida where he learned advanced technics and the application of data analysis, management and visualization in solving today’s complex problems.
He worked on many projects involving building complex web applications, business intelligence, data analysis, Geospatial analysis, and automation.
Currently working as Software engineer at NeuroThink and working on a MicroMaster program in Data Science at MITx on edx. He finds great passion in data and aiming to be a good contribution to the data science field.
Systems Admin
For over 15 years, Rick has been a leader in the Data Center and Infrastructure space (he calls himself an x86 Architecture evangelist). Shortly after the military he started at the bottom, racking and stacking servers in Data Center teams at Match.com. Rick was later promoted and lead those teams for 5 years. He coordinated global server deployments at AIG for six years. Rick holds a degree from the University of Miami and resides in the Dallas area.
He is a first generation American with a love for the country that welcomed his parents. Growing up in Southern California and receiving higher education in South Florida, a genuine curiosity for the world, its peoples, and history were ingrained in Rick early on. Every new venture is well summed up with a quote from childhood. "Second star to the right, and straight on till morning," Peter Pan.

Joe is a seasoned technologist and data scientist with demonstrated success leveraging information assets to drive innovation, insight and operational excellence. Specific areas of expertise include analytics & information strategy, neural networks & machine learning, blockchain & smart contracts, collaboration & social learning.
Early contributor (during the 1980's) in practical use of artificial intelligence, leading research in symbolic/expert systems and neural networks (bi-directional, Hopfield, and back-propagation networks). Allie is an experienced project owner and has hands on exposure in all areas of information technology and engineering. She comes from a background in healthcare where she led various teams in Neuromodulation that consisted of brain stimulation, pelvic health, risk management teams among others.
Allie has a BS in management and systems engineering from the University of Minnesota. She is a fitness enthusiast, an avid reader, and a pet lover.
Head of AI research
Nicholas Kersting has built a successful career as both an experienced physicist and researcher/expert in artificial intelligence, receiving his BS in Physics at Carnegie Mellon and then his Ph.D. in Particle Physics at U.C. Berkeley. Following his time at U.C. Berkeley he started a journey to understand the universe which took him through work in national laboratories (Fermilab, LBNL), a professorship (Sichuan U.). After his journey through particle physics, Kersting took on roles in research and industry-scale application of artificial intelligence (IBM Watson, Alibaba/Ant Financial) for big clients in logistics, legal, and financial industries. He has often given invited international talks, aside from native English also in fluent Mandarin, Russian, and Ukrainian. Some of his hobbies include Chinese Calligraphy, Hiking, and Fencing.

Margo is a Product Manager who focuses on accelerating both technologies and people. She thrives at bringing together strategy and delivery of software. While her strategic focus is rooted in ensuring product growth, she cares equally about helping grow users into their fullest potential.
She joins neurothink with a background in numerous industries that could all benefit from a radically accessible machine learning platform. From manufacturing and supply chain, to finance and residential systems, she looks ahead to the positive impact that neurothink can have globally.

Exec Administrative Assistant
Sue is an Executive Administrative Assistant at neurothink, with over 25 years of experience.
Sue grew up in a small town on the east coast (it literally only had one traffic light). After graduation from high school, she relocated to the Midwest and began working for Magnetic Peripherals, which was acquired by Seagate Technology in '89. Sue has a passion for learning, and after starting as a line worker, she took advantage of company-offered classes and enrolled in evening and weekend classes at a local junior college while working full-time and raising a family. She is EMSRB Certified and was an active member of the Seagate Emergency Response Team for 33 years. Sue is organized and driven, believing that “any job worth doing should be done well”. She prefers to focus on the positive and live a life of gratitude. Sue has deep affection for all animals, a passion for gardening, listening to music and dancing. She enjoys reading, and creating handmade items as gifts for family, friends, and donations to worthwhile causes.
