Brian is serial entrepreneur, having founded several of his own companies and helping many others. He is currently the CEO of neurothink™, a subsidiary of ADX Labs. The neurothink™ team is building a world-class Machine Learning as a Service platform (MLaaS). Brian is also currently a contributor on the ABEY blockchain.
Brian’s passion has been to develop innovative emerging technology as a CTO and founder. At an early age Brian built and launched wilsonsleather.com, turning it into a multi-million-dollar online business. He authored two patents on ecommerce technology. Brian has managed development teams for brands such as, BestBuy.com, Harry Winston, and 1-800 Flowers. Brian has also been involved in a number of big data project, including one with UnitedHealth Group. He has experience managing offshore development teams in China, India, Ukraine, Brazil, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Singapore.
Brian has been involved in founding a number of professional organizations. He founded the NYC chapter of The Machine Learning Society, one of New York City’s largest AI/ML professional organizations. While at Columbia University, he co-founded the Columbia Blockchain Alliance.
Brian is a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia University on blockchain, fintech, IoT, and AI. In addition to his lecturing, he is a public speaker, including policy talks in Washington DC at the Capital, Senate, and Chamber of Commerce. He contributed on the Token Taxonomy Act of 2018 (H.R.7356).
Brian has a B.A. in Economics from Denison University and a M.S. in Technology Management from Columbia University. He is an avid outdoorsman in his home state of Minnesota and tries to get out skiing on any mountain with fresh deep powder.
Charles is an accomplished executive, physicist, and engineer who is passionate about building teams and networks to deliver on the unmet need of innovation and creating products that give partners freedom in their affairs.
Currently Charles is SVP of operations and business development of neurothink™ a subsidiary of ADX Labs, inc. The team is creating an industry leading Machine Learning as a Service platform with strategic business connections in GPU hardware and software. Recently, Charles built and led Seagate's Data4Good initiative designed to apply their technical skills for a positive social impact in our globally connected world and created technology projects to combat the spread of Covid with Ford, the Journal of Aerosol Science and Folding@Home.
Charles relies on his 20 years of international business experience across Asia that included an expat assignment in Suzhou （苏州）and Wuxi （无锡）, China (中国). Charles also led a precision automation and test division across 3 locations in the USA, with a budget of $20 million a year, and a product portfolio in excess of $180 Million. In the early 2000s, Charles was also a pioneer in data analysis including a role as a Master Black Belt. Charles’ experience also includes technical roadmap development and responsibility for yield planning across multiple global factories for $150 Million a quarter in COGS. Charles holds 2 provisional patents for work related to underwater sea exploration.
Previous to Seagate, Charles was a Lieutenant in the US Navy and was personally selected by the head of the Navy Nuclear Propulsion division to work on Nuclear Power design for aircraft carriers and submarines. Charles held multiple security clearances, was ranked top in his division and was the first person in the program’s 50 year history to receive the Naval Achievement medal.
Charles’ education includes 3 post-graduate degrees including graduating Beta Gamma Sigma in the Carlson School Executive MBA program, Magna Cum Laude in Physics at Georgetown University, and was the top engineering student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute the year he transferred to Georgetown. At Shattuck - St-Mary’s, Charles graduated the top student in the school (Permanent honor roll) along with a number of other honors in Art, Physics, and Math.
When not running with his Huskies, Charles enjoys discovering small production vineyards around the globe and taking a variety of cooking classes.
Jason Soto is the Director of Digital Marketing, of neurothink™. Mr. Soto has been involved with emerging technology and brand marketing for the past 20 years. With a wide background in corporate and small business ventures, Jason is a passionate entrepreneur who coaches business on the value of combining technology and marketing to optimize the value of your brand and its revenue stream.
Mr. Soto has had the opportunity to significantly contribute to several powerful corporations, including AT&T Wireless, Choice Hotels, Exxon-Mobile, Samsung & XO Communications (sold to Verizon). In 2007, Mr. Soto was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by Esquire Magazine. He has been featured on CBS and NBC speaking about emerging technology and digital marketing. Jason is a frequent public speaker, content contributor for the American Marketing Association and keeps an active social media presence.
Jason’s education was from the Culinary Institute of America and is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP). He sits on the board for the American Marketing Association-Las Vegas chapter. Jason feels his most important accomplishment is being a parent to his 4 wonderful children (3 boys x 1 girl). He is a proud native of Las Vegas, NV and is actively involved in his community.
Abraham comes to neurothink™ with over 30 years of diverse international technical and management experience in the insurance, financial services, education, consumer products, technology services, and manufacturing industries.
He has engineered, architected, build and managed business critical infrastructure for CITICORP, IBM Research, IBM Global Services, SUNY and PEPSI. Abraham has an undergrad honors degree in Electrical Engineering and a graduate degree in Information and Telecomm Systems. He is a lifelong learner and his last graduate degree was in Technology Management from Columbia University.
He is excited about his current role as a Technical Program Manager, where he utilizes his technical and project management skills to help build the neurothink™ AI/ML platform with an global team of technologists.

Skilled in designing and implementing Cloud technologies, Orchestrators, VMware Virtualization and Infrastructure.

Mike is a seasoned software architect with hands-on development experience in a number of areas and technologies.His original training was in ORSA (Operations Research and Systems Analysis)/Behavioral Science at the Polytechnic Inst of NY (Now NYU Polytechnic Institute).
Mike’s experience includes projects in telecom, military, system security, institutional, and investment banking, complex event management/processing, and middleware.
More recently has been in AI/ML related technologies/AutoML mainly in Post-trade Compliance and Clinical Compliance for Pharmaceutical/Medical applications.
Jordan is a skilled data scientist with experience in academic research as well as the E-commerce space. Jordan spent multiple years performing academic research thinking about questions such as identifying neutrino particles with computer vision, creating radio antennas with genetic programming and contributing to new statistical tests that identify genetic variants in genome-wide association studies. More recently, Jordan has been consulting for a retail client helping to build models that optimize their E-commerce platform. He is passionate about ethical and intelligent use of AI. Jordan has a degree in physics from Kenyon College.
Cheikh Sidi El Moctar is a python developer and analyst, with large background over 8 years in data analysis, Geospatial data, and Mineral exploration geology. Completed a bachelor’s degree in Geology at the University of Nouakchott and recently finished a data analysis program at the University of Central Florida where he learned advanced technics and the application of data analysis, management and visualization in solving today’s complex problems.
He worked on many projects involving building complex web applications, business intelligence, data analysis, Geospatial analysis, and automation.
Currently working as Software engineer at NeuroThink and working on a MicroMaster program in Data Science at MITx on edx. He finds great passion in data and aiming to be a good contribution to the data science field.
For over 15 years, Rick has been a leader in the Data Center and Infrastructure space (he calls himself an x86 Architecture evangelist). Shortly after the military he started at the bottom, racking and stacking servers in Data Center teams at Match.com. Rick was later promoted and lead those teams for 5 years. He coordinated global server deployments at AIG for six years. Rick holds a degree from the University of Miami and resides in the Dallas area.
He is a first generation American with a love for the country that welcomed his parents. Growing up in Southern California and receiving higher education in South Florida, a genuine curiosity for the world, its peoples, and history were ingrained in Rick early on.
